·Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple office buildings, ensuring optimal functionality and presentation.

·Manage annual facilities budgets exceeding £3.9m across a portfolio 6 service chargeable locations, and 1 unoccupied site consisting of a listed building. Monitoring costs and maximising value.

Building Manager 2019-2022

·Responsible for the day-to-day management of a commercial site comprising two office buildings and an on-site café.

·Oversaw all aspects of facilities management, ensuring the buildings were maintained to a high standard and compliant with health and safety regulations.

·Acted as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive occupier experience.
